Booking price is normally on a weekly basis. However, you are welcome to stay from one night to over a month.
Weekly (7 nights) rate is : £250. or 12,500 Bhts
One night is : £ 36. or 1,944 Bhts
Over a month : a 10% discount or more . See the owner.
Minimum booking time is 1 month.
However we may take in immediate booking provided we have vacancies to accommodate.
A non return deposit of 10% is required with your booking.
The remainder may be paid on arrival or paid in full when booking, thus avoid the worry carrying money around.
