Booking price is normally on a weekly basis. However, you are welcome to stay from one night to over a month.
Weekly (7 nights) rate is : £250. or 12,500 Bhts or 300 Euro (depending on exchange rates)
One night is : £ 36. or 1,944 Bhts or 44.64 Euro.
Payment can be made: Bank Transfer, UK cheques, Paypal or cash on arrival to the owner.
Please note. A period of stay over a month attracts a discount of 10% or more .
Booking can now be made when it is convenient to you. We are flexible and accommodating whenever possible.
A non return deposit of 10% is required if you wish to reserve your place when booking in advance.
The remainder may be paid on arrival to the owner on site or paid in full when booking if you wish, thus avoiding the worry carrying money around.
